“They produce almost 15.000.000 cases of wine and supply to more than 70 countries and customers including ASDA, Lidl, Tesco among others primarily as a contract supplier.
They are better known as Enovation Brands Inc in the USA, a wholly owned ImportMarketing company. It holds a 50 state distribution foot print primarily partnered with Southern Glazers, RNDC and Fedway, MS Walker, etc.. which sells about 300.000 cases of its brands VOGA, Luna di Luna and Ca’Montini among others.
My personal background is as a private label manufacturer and I recruited a team of branding specialists with 20 years experience at supplying Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club etc.

The collaboration between my team and theirs resulted in a strong relationship. We identified opportunities to further work together and decided earlier this year to formalize an agreement and I have since been active at presenting the wherewithal and capabilities to accounts with appetite i.e. Total Wine, Sam’s Club, Whole Foods, Kroger, Target, Costco among others including friendly competitor Importers in the USA. We currently sell more than 250.000 cases of private label wines to the USA.
The first and primary objective was to create an awareness campaign which we successfully achieved. It wasn’t difficult to demonstrate our prowess and position as a major Private Label supplier to the globe. Approximately 75% of our production is under contract and private labeled. We also have an extraordinary branded business and a full and complete distribution network in the USA which helped us get passed the gates. We are a vertical operation which is key to achieving our customers goals. There are so many middle men and wineries that don’t have the true capabilities of supplying accounts with appetites such as Walmart and Costco that most of the time our efforts are less to do with actual producing and more to do with proving that we are one of very few companies that can deliver. Its a tedious process of elimination that our customers must go through to uncover the true Private Label specialists in the field.

We have 13 strategically located regional and state offices staffed with veteran executives managing distributors and customers and our logistics, regulatory/compliance teams are headquartered at our Miami Florida. Importantly, I have a fully staffed in-house graphic art and design team among other resources available to the Private/Controlled Label platform. We developed a turn-key system which fully utilizes the resources of both USA and Italian entities. This allows us to identify gaps, create from concept or offer innovative works in progress and deliver to the shelf faster and more cost effectively by eliminating the middle points and any points in between that take from margins.
Enoitalia SpA produced and delivered more than 75 varietals from 18 regions ranging from specialty wines i.e.rare Amarone and Barolo wines to its strongest and most popular wines, Pinot Grigio and PROSECCO. Enoitalia SpA is the second largest producer of Prosecco and the number one ranked supplier to the UK capturing a whopping 23% market share of all Italian wines. Its hard to rank a true position on Pinot Grigio but see attached and it will show that we place significantly.
